摘要
农村师资队伍整体水平不高是阻碍我国农村义务教育发展的主要障碍之一。当前我国农村师资队伍存在骨干教师减少与流失、教师年龄老化、部分学科教师短缺、师资培训效果不佳、教师管理体制不健全等多方面的困境。解决这些困难需要从外部条件和内部条件两个方面入手,加大对农村义务教育的扶持力度并建立起高效公平的教育管理体制。
The poor quality of the rural teachers is the key obstacle that rural school needs to overcome. There are many problems in our country's rural teachers, which are loss of excellent teachers, aging of teachers, shortage of certain disciplinary teachers, inefficiency of teachers training and so on. To solve these difficulties, we should reform the finance system in rural education and build up the efficient and justice educational management system.
