摘要
课堂变革是当前我国推进素质教育与课程改革的关键,而引起课堂变革的重要因素是听评课制度的改革。本文从专业的视角分析指出当前我国听评课存在着简单处理、任务取向与不合而作等种种去专业现象,提出范式转型的转折点在于改变思维方式,实现从简单走向复杂、从对立走向理解、从业余走向专业的转变。最后,文章并根据自己多年的研究,从学生学习、教师教学、课程性质与课堂文化四个维度构建一种课堂教学分析框架。
Classroom change is crucial in current stage of quality education and curriculum reform in China, and the reform of classroom observation system is the significant consideration initiating classroom change. This article analyzes some de-professional phenomenon such as simple treatment, task orientation and non-cooperation, which exist in present classroom observation activities in China; and suggested that the breakpoint of paradigm shift is to change the way of thinking: from simplicity to complexity, opposition to understand, amateur to profession; then constructed an analysis framework of classroom instruction, which is formed by four dimensions of students" study, teachers" teaching, curriculum nature and classroom culture.
