摘要
教师合作存在着天然障碍,然而从教师工作的回归性、无边界性、不确定性等特征来看,这些障碍同时也蕴藏着教师合作的契机。学校应从实施文化领导、建立信任机制、形成统一且包容的气氛等方面,促使教师合作由可能走向现实。
There are some natural factors that hinder teachers to cooperate, such as regression, without boundary, uncertainty of teacher's work and so on. However, these factors at the same time also contain chance of promoting teacher's cooperation. In order to fulfill teacher's cooperation, we should take some active measures as following: implementing culture leadership, establishing trust mechanism, forming a unified atmosphere and so on.
