摘要
场地地基土的工程地质性质不能满足工程建筑对地基的要求,需进行地基处理,通过对几种地基处理方法分析比较,综合工程造价、处理效果、场地工程地质条件、工程进度及环境影响等因素,选用了夯实水泥土桩复合地基这种地基处理方法。并对地基处理的参数进行了设计,最后对夯实水泥土桩质量进行了检测,并做了单桩复合地基载荷试验,结果表明这种地基处理方法满足了建筑物对地基承载力和变形的要求。
Ground treatment is necessary when the engineering geological conditions of foundation soil can not meet the demand of the engineering construction. Through analyzing and comparing several different ways of ground treatment, and taking into account project cost, improved effect, engineering geological conditions, engineering process and environmental factors etc, the method of compacted cement-soil pile composite foundation is finally suggested. Through designing ground treatment parameter, examining the quality of compacted cement-soil pile, and performing the loading test of single-pole composite foundation, the study shows that the mehtod of ground treatment can increase the ground beating capacity and solve the problem of foundation deformation.
