摘要
目的:探讨高血压大鼠心肌肥大时心肌浆膜Na-Ca交换功能的变化。方法:采用同位素标记法。结果:心肌浆膜囊泡(SLV)对Na^+依赖的Ca^(2+)摄取与Ca2+浓度呈正相关。左旋硝基精氨酸(L-NNA)组大鼠明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组间Km值无明显变化,但最大摄取速率(Vmax)L-NNA组为对照组的74%。结论:L-NNA诱导的高血压动物心肌Na-Ca交换功能明显低于正常大鼠。
To investigate the changes of sarcolemmal vesicle Na-Ca exchanger of hypertensiverats induced by L-NNA. Methods: The isotope labeling method was used. Results: Calcium uptake ofmyocardial SLV of L-NNA induced hypertensive animal were significantly lower than that of the control(P<0. 05 or P<0.01). Km of the two groups was not significantly different, while the Vmax of L-NNAgroup was only 74% of the control. Conclusion: The function of myocardial SLV Na-Ca exchanger ofL-NNA induced hypertensive rats is significantly lower than that of the normal rats.
