微量X射线照射脑垂体区治疗前列腺增生症

摘要 目的:探讨微量X射线照射脑垂体区治疗前列腺增生症的疗效和机制。方法:用电子直线加速器10MVX射线外照射BPH患者脑垂体区,每次1.0~1.5Gy,每周2次,共4次(总剂量4~6Gy);测定治疗前后尿流率和血清相关性激素水平。结果:其有效率近期和1、2、3年分别为72.46%、63.77%,60.61%和18.87%。照射后尿流率明显增加(P<0.05)。14例血清相关性激素测定结果显示,照射后睾酮(T)值显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:该疗法无损伤、无副作用,简便、安全、有效。治疗后血中相关性激素水平得到调整。此疗法是年老多病不能承受手术治疗的前列腺增生症患者的首选的治疗方法。. To investigate the effects and mechanism of microdose x-ray radiation on pituitarygland area to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: Using the linear-accelerator 10 mV x-ray toradiate the pituitary gland area, 1. 0 ~1. 5 Gy/f, 2 times/week, the total is 4 times (total dose is 4~6Gy). The uro-flow rate and interrelation sex hormones of blood serum were measured. Results: Theimmediate effect was 72. 64 %, 1 year effect rate was 63. 47 %, 2 years effect rate was 60. 61 %, 3 yearseffect rate was 18. 87 %. After treatment, the uro-flow rate was significantly increased (P<0. 05), andthe testosterone (T) level was significantly increased (P<0.01 ). Conclusion: This method has nodamage, pain and side effect. It is simple, convenient, and safe, and the effect is good. The sex hormone levels of blood serum were regulated after treatment. It is the first selective method for old andsick patients of BPH.
