自体干细胞治疗缺血性心脏病临床研究

摘要 干细胞具有自我更新、自我复制的多向分化潜能使其成为治疗缺血性心脏病的研究热点。而自体干细胞移植不涉及伦理学问题,不存在免疫排斥反应,细胞易获得,已在临床应用并获得了一定疗效。
