浅议德治与法治的冲突

德治与法治的冲突古已有之,但随着社会的发展,这种冲突不但没有消减,反而愈演愈烈。本文从新近发生的一个案件出发,对德治与法治之间冲突的原因、性质、表现进行阐释,借以探询合理解决该冲突的方式。

Conflict, between the rule of virtue and the rule of law, has been in existence since ancient times, but with the development of society, this conflict will not abate. On the contrary, it is intensifying. From the latest case, the article relates the conflict between the rule of virtue and the rule of law, reasons, its nature and performance to look for reasonable solution to the conflict.
