摘要
采用一种利用辅助光源对井下煤仓煤位进行检测的基本方法,研究了煤仓煤位图像的采集方法。首先介绍了井下煤仓煤位的图像检测原理,然后给出了辅助光源及CCD摄像机设置与选择的限定条件,通过理论分析与计算,结果表明根据这些限定条件选择和设置光源与CCD摄像机,可以有效地采集到反映煤位变化的图像信息。
By applying a basic method for underground coal bunker coal level testing assisted by auxiliary lighting system, this article discusses bunker coal level image collecting method. Firstly, the author presents the underground bunker coal level monitoring principle and then gives the conditions for the selection and deployment of auxiliary lighting system and CCD camera. Theoretical analysis and calculation results indicate that the above mention selection and deployment effectively collect the image information of coal level.
