RAC1在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其作用

Expression and significance of RAC1 in uterine cervical cancer

目的研究RAC1在宫颈癌组织中的表达，探讨其与宫颈癌转移的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法，检测10例正常宫颈组织、20例不典型增生宫颈组织、58例宫颈癌组织中RAC1蛋白的表达情况。分析其表达结果与临床病理特征的关系。结果（1）RAC1蛋白在正常宫颈组织中不表达，在不典型增生宫颈组织中的表达率为25．00％，在宫颈癌组织中的表达率为81．03％，在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平高于不典型增生及正常宫颈组织（P〈0．05），随着从正常宫颈组织-宫颈不典型增生组织-宫颈癌的转化，RAC1阳性表达率呈递增趋势。（2）RAC1的表达与病理分级相关（P〈0.05），与宫颈癌患者的年龄、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移则无明显相关关系（P〉0．05）。结论RAC1蛋白的表达可作为判断宫颈癌预后的指标之一。检测RAC1对了解宫颈癌生物学行为和评估预后具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the expression of RAC1 in uterine cervical cancer and its correlation with metastasis. Methods The expression of RAC1 was examined respectively by immunohistochemical SP method in 10 cases of normal cervical tissue, 20 cases of atypical hyperplasia of cervical epithelia and 58 cases of uterine cervical cancer. Analyzed statistically the correlation between the immunohistochemical results and the clinicopathological features. Results The expression rate of RAC 1 was 0 in normal cervical tissue, 25.00% in atypical hyperplasia of cervical epithelia and 81.03% in uterine cervical cancer, respectively. The positive rate was significantly higher in uterine cervical cancer than that in atypical hyperplasia of cervical epithelia and normal cervical tissue（P 〈 0.05 ）. From normal cervical tissue to atypical hyperplasia of cervical epithelia to uterine cervical cancer,the positive expression rate of RAC1 was gradually increased. RAC1 protein expression was related with histological grade （P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with age, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Expression of RAC1 may serve as a parameter for evaluating metastasis and prognosis in uterine cervical cancer.
