微创技术在内窥镜鼻窦手术后治疗中的应用

Application of minimally invasive techniques in the postoperative treatment on endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探讨鼻内镜手术后治疗的最佳方案。方法对鼻内镜手术患者203例进行随访及按微创原则处理术腔，记录术腔的恢复情况。结果治愈165例（81．28％），好转26例（12．81％），无效12例（5．91％）。结论微创技术应用在鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者术后随访及治疗中起重要作用，微创理念应该贯穿手术后综合治疗的始终。

Objective To explore the influence of minimally invasive techniques for postoperative treatment on the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Minimally invasive techniques were used in the postoperative treatment and 203 eases were recorded about the recovery of nasal cavity. Results In 203 eases, 165 cases （ 81.28% ） were cured, 26 cases （ 12.81% ） were improved, 12 cases （5.91% ） were ineffecfive. Conclusion The application and conception of minimally invasive and minimally invasive techniques in the postoperative treament on endoscopic sinus surgery is very important.
