顾客忠诚计划中的隐忧

摘要 在产品同质化严重,竞争日趋激烈的市场环境中,顾客忠诚逐渐成为理论界和企业界所关注的焦点。但顾客忠诚的各种相关理论还基本处于丛林状态,而企业在实施顾客忠诚计划的过程中也面临诸多问题。本文集中探讨了顾客忠诚在研究和实践中可能出现的种种问题,并给出了相应的指导建议。
