基于多目标选择模型的供应商选择评价平台设计 被引量:1

摘要 供应商的选择评价是供应链管理中比较关键的环节,对供应链绩效的提高具有重要的作用。本文通过对一家大型跨国公司的采购行为进行分析,提出了国际采购信息组织的概念,创建了一个基于多目标供应商选择评价模型的决策平台。
