知识型员工组织承诺的关键性影响因素分析——来自制造型企业的证据

摘要 知识型员工的个体效能问题近年来备受关注。组织承诺对个体效能变量具有显著预测效力。文章以制造型企业479名知识型员工为样本,基于社会交换理论的观点,运用OLS多元回归分析方法探讨了组织承诺的显著性影响因素,为企业提高知识型员工个体效能提供了理论依据。
