摘要
目的探讨微创TUVP对高龄及高危前列腺增生症病人的手术治疗效果,总结经验。方法对30例病人进行微创TUVP。结果手术时间平均15.5min,术后平均随访9个月,排尿通畅。结论对高龄及高危前列腺增生症微创TUVP是一种好方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of microtraumatic TUVP for high risk BPH in ederly patients, and report the experience. Methods 30 elderly patients with high risk BPH were treated with microtraumatic TUVP. Results The average time of operation was 15.5 minutes, and the average time of follow-up survey was 9 months, all patients were unobstructed in emiction. Conclusion Micrctraumafic TUVP can be a good alternative for high risk BPH in elderly patients.
