光子治疗良性前列腺增生症远期疗效的超声评价

Clinical Value on Photon Treatment for BPH by Transrectal Ultrasound

目的观察光子治疗良性前列腺增生症远期疗效的超声评价指标。方法采用经直肠彩色多普勒血流显像观察30例BPH患者光子治疗12个月后的前列腺超声表现。结果30例前列腺总体积、内腺体积、内外腺厚度之比、移行带指数、尿道前列腺动脉收缩期峰值速度、阻力指数于治疗后均有显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论TRUS为良性前列腺增生症光子治疗效果评价提供了客观依据。

Objective To investigate the utrasound findings of the benign prostate hyperplasia before photon treatment and post-treatment and study the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound in evaluating efficacy. Methods In order to carry out prostate photon treatment system irradiation, the active area of the applicator was located into rectum of 30 patients with brachytherapy, some indexes of each case were observed by transrectal color doppler flow imaging pre-treatment and post-treatment for 12 months. Each index data was analyzed statistically by SPSS 10.0. Results The prostatic volume, innergland volume, transition zone index and the systolic velocity, and RI were significantly decreased in 29 cases（P〈 0.05,P〈0.001）. Conclusion TRUS provides the objective evidence for evaluating the efficacy of photon treatment for BPH.
