摘要
阐述了我国公路建设现状及发展,分析了公路建设项目经济评价的现实紧迫性;重点研究了公路建设项目国民经济评价的影响因素,并就国民经济评价的指标体系、方法及内容提出建设性补充意见.
This paper introduced some researches on the present status and future trend about china＇s highway development, and then derived out the necessity to implement the economic assessment in highway construction activity. It highlighted factors that affect the national economic assessment, and put forward some suggestions to perfect the system and method of national economic assessment, furthermore it analyzed the meanings and characters of highway economic assessment.
