摘要
利用甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育基础材料117A转育的多个双隐性核不育系复交、育成的黄籽高油份双低不育系4655AB作母本,引进的双低材料942经粒选和定向五代选择成42R作父本,于2003年配制成组合,在2003-2004年度的贵州省思南县的品比试验中亩产为183kg,比对照油研七号亩产156.75kg增产16.75%.在2004-2006年四川省区试中,两年平均亩产159.02kg,比对照增产6%;以产油量计算,两年平均比对照增产11.8%.在2006年的生产试验中,该组合在绵阳、资阳、广安和双流4点试验一致增产,平均亩产169.683kg,比对照蜀杂6号增产15.43%.两年四川省区试品质分析结果为:芥酸小于0.13%,硫苷19.3μmol/g.饼;含油率达45.5%,居44个参试组合的首位.该组合区试中生育期226天,与对照蜀杂六号相当.
High oil content and double - low sterile line 4655AB was repeatedly hybridized from multi double - recessive - sterile - line that was transfer bred from recessive - sterile - line 117A of type brassica napus. 4655AB was used as the female parent to introduce 42R as male parent, the latter was directionally seed selected for five generations. The combination was successfully mated in 2003 to the yield of 183kg in the test in 2003 -2004 in Sinan County, Guizhou Province, increasing production 16.75% than 156.75kg that Youyan -7 got. Two year's average yield was 159.2kg in 2004 - 2006 in Shichuan Province area's tests, increasing production 6% than that got by the compared combination. Accounting the oil production, the two year's average relative production increase is 11.8%. In production test in 2006, the combination increased production in Mianyang, Zhiyang, Guangan and Shuanghu for the average yield of 169.68kg, comparatively increasing production by 15.43% than that of Shuzha -6. For two year's tests in Shichuan Province, the analysis results of the rape shows that erucic acid is less than 0.13% , thioglycoside is 19. 3μnol/ g.cake, and oll content reaches 45.5%, which is the most in the 44 combinations. The life cycle of the combination is 226days that is similar to that of Shuzha - 6.
