农业面源污染环境效应及其对新农村建设耦合影响分析

THE AGRICULTURAL NON-POINT SOURCE POLLUTION ENVIRONMENT EFFECTS AND ITS COUPLING EFFECTS ANALYSIS ON THE SOCIALIST NEW COUNTRYSIDE CONTRUCTING IN CHINA

2005年,我国提出建设社会主义新农村的长远目标.然而,农业面源污染由于其污染物的广域性、分散性、相对微量性和污染物运移途径的无序性,而具有机理模糊、潜伏周期长、危害大等特点,从而导致农业面源污染成为目前国内外环境污染治理的难点领域,也成为我国新农村建设尤其是环境建设的最大障碍.本文以农业面源污染对食品安全、粮食安全、农业生态系统中的土壤环境安全、地下水和地面水环境安全、农村视觉景观的环境效应的分析为基础,分析了农业面源污染环境效应对我国新农村建设中的"生产发展、生活宽裕、村容整洁、乡风文明、管理民主"的直接和间接影响,以期对我国社会主义新农村环境建设提供有益启示.

It is put forward that the great target of socialism new countryside constructing in China in 2005. However, it has been one of the most important contributors among pollution sources that agr - non - point source pollution in the world. At present, it is one of the most difficult fields to control pollution because of its characteristics, extensive dispersing comparatively minim contaminations, order less moving track of contaminations, fuzzy mechanism of polluting, longer latency period of contaminations, great harms and so on. Especially, agr - non - point source pollution would be the most difficult task to construct socialism new countryside and its environmental construction in China. In this paper, it is analyzed that the connotation and environmental effects of agr - non - point source pollution on soil eco -system, water eco -system, sight landscape in countryside, grains and foodstuff safety and so on. On the basis of its analysis, it is analyzed that the environmental effects of agr - non - point source pollution on the socialism new countryside constructing contents （ producing and developing, wealthy living, nattiness countryside, civilized countryside custom and managing democratically ）.
