摘要
对灵芝的生物学特性作了较全面的阐述后，进一步详尽地报道了灵芝短段术熟料栽培的一整套技术措施，包括工艺流程、生产计划的制定、季节按排、备料、切段与装袋、灭菌、接种、菌丝培养、栽培场的选择与构筑、苗材埋土、覆盖薄膜及出芝管理，这对灵芝的开发与生产及研究有一定参考价值。
Detailed biological properties of Ganoderma lucidum Were described,cultivation techniques with short mature wood segment and management technique were further reported including technological process, production plan. etc.
