万能工具磨床上刃磨弧齿锥齿轮铣刀的研究与实践

Research and Practice on Sharpening Spiral Bevel Gear Cutter by Using Universal Tool and Cutter Grinder

孤齿锥齿轮铣刀在切削过程中，由于切削刃被逐渐磨损变钝，需要及时正确地修磨。本文通过对单件、小批量生产规模下，在万能工具磨床上刃磨孤齿锥齿轮铣刀的原理分析，提出了实用可行的操作技术。

The spiral bevel gear cutter＇s edge will dull for wearing during cutting process and it needs to be sharpened properly. In this paper, the prineiple of sharpening spiral bevel gear cutter by using universal tool and cutter grinder in small batch production was armlyzed and practical operating skills was given.
