白族遗产保护与民族旅游开发——以大理为个案

Bai heritage protection and ethnic tourism development

全球化背景下,白族文化遗产正在消失,其保护和传承受到各级政府和学者的关注。然而,白族遗产保护和传承缺乏民族内部动力,又不能由国家大包大揽。白族地区开展民族旅游是目前国内白族遗产保护和传承的一种可行模式,区域民族旅游开发应加强生态环境建设,增强民族价值认同,保护民族特质文化,走可持续发展道路。

Heritage refers to money or property left by one at death and can be inherited by a given heir. Against the background of globalization, the Bai cultural heritage, as a disadvantaged culture, is in a waning process. Therefore, its spread and protection have drawn the attention of experts and governments at all levels. Its protection can＇t wholly rely on the governments, On the other hand, the protection lacks internal motivation. This paper proposes that ethnic tourism is a practicable solution to the problem of protection of the cultural heritage of Bai people. It also puts forward that the cultural strategy on the sustainable development of the regional development of ethnic tourism can be promoted by enhancing our awareness of ecological environment construction, by strengthening ethnic loyalty and identity and by protecting the cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.
