本文介绍了静电喷塑工艺在纺织机械制造过程中应用的基本原理、工艺流程及各工序的相关设备和使用材料，对静电喷塑工艺在纺织机械制造应用中常见的故障及处理措施进行了详细的分析，并对静电喷塑工艺在纺织机械上的应用效果和成本进行了介绍和分析比较。
The basic principles, processes, machines, materials and frequent mechanical failures of static spraying applied for textile machinery manufacturing are analyzed and the applied effect and cost are also compared and detailed in this paper.
