阴极电泳涂装的工作液只有在特定条件下才能稳定而取得理想涂装效果，因此选择和控制合理工作条件十分重要，按照涂料的工艺要求及涂装规范，严格管理工作液是保证涂装质量的必要条件。本文依据国外先进标准简要地介绍了作者所在公司阴极电泳底漆的实际管理。
