粉末喷涂生产成本因直接关系到企业的经济效益而受到广泛关注。本文分别讨论了影响粉末喷涂生产成本的两个因素一材料费用和人工费用，并以作者所在厂家三年来粉末涂装耗材报表作实例进行了分析。
Raw materials cost and operation cost are the two basic factors to the powder coating which plays great impact on the profit of the enterprise. Practical three-year long experience in coating materials consumption is taken as example and related analyses are given in this article.
