摘要
本文以五粮液集团稻谷加工冗余DCS系统为例，介绍了冗余技术在粮食加工控制系统中的应用，并从CPU冗余、通信冗余和软件编程三方面进行了详细的论述。作者提出了一套可行的硬件设计方案，将双路冗余工业以太网改造成冗余环网，进一步提高了系统的可靠性；设计了一套在复杂工艺编程时，便于调试的程序结构。
The paper introduces the application of redundancy technology in a grain processing control system by taking for instance the redundant DCS for rice processing in Wuliangye Group. And the CPU redundancy, communication redundancy and software programming are elaborated in the paper. The author proposes a set of feasible scheme for hardware design in which the two-channel redundant industrial Ethernet is altered into a redundant ring network to enhance the reliability of the system and a set of program structure convenient for debugging is designed for the complex technology programming.
