摘要
针对在注塑成型过程中需要监测诸多工艺参数,往往一家注塑加工厂拥有多台注塑机,而且它们呈分布式布置的特点,本文提出了基于CAN总线和以太网的监控方案来提高注塑机远程监控系统的实时性和抗干扰能力。作者介绍了监控系统的整体结构及控制过程,给出了基于VC++6.0的监控系统应用软件设计方法及所编制的监控界面。
Aiming at the characteristics with which many technological parameters need monitoring and measuring in the injection molding process because there are many injection molding machines with the distributed configuration in a injection molding factory sometimes, the article presents a solution based on CAN and Ethernet to improving the real-time control and anti-jamming capabilities of the remote monitoring system of injection molding machines. The authors introduce the integrated architecture and the control process of the monitoring system and give the application software design method and the programmed monitoring graphics of the system based on VC++6.0.
