退行性膝关节骨关节炎的治疗与护理干预探讨

Study of the Effect of Clinical and Nursing Intervention on Degenerative Osteoarthritis

目的:观察在一定的治疗方案前提下,康复护理对改善膝关节骨性关节炎的作用及效果。方法:选择我院3年来部分门诊及住院膝关节骨性关节炎患者共167例,分为轻中重三型,均采用药物及关节清理治疗,治疗后进行规范的分阶段的康复护理,观察恢复的结果。结果:轻中重型患者关节功能均有明显改善,治疗后关节功能评分与治疗前有显著的差异。结论:在个体化治疗方案的情况下,进行规范化的关节功能康复治疗是一项有效的治疗手段。

Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the function improving of knee osteoarthritis under the standard treatment, Methods The 167 cases of knee osteoarthritis were selected from OPD and IPD recent three years, All the cases received the drug and article debridement operation, were divided into mild, moderate and severe degree groups. Meanwhile the standard step by step of rehabilitation nursing was carried out, The treatment results were analyzed, Results The knee function of all the cases were improved, the score of post treatment were significantly different from the pretreatment stage, Conclusion Individual treatment scheme together with standard rehabilitation nursing were the effective method to improve article function of osteoarthritis patients.
