The Growing Response of Shoot Tip of Sweet Potato Cultured in Vitro to Several Culture Factors

甘薯茎尖脱毒培养，包括茎段繁殖培养，对培养条件（光照）和几种主要培养因子（激素、肌醇、活性炭）的生长反应十分繁感。ＭＳ的全量和半量的对分化成苗的关系不大，肌醇、激素则是必须成分。激动素与生长素用量之比１∶１为宜，但总量都不宜超过３ｍｇ／Ｌ。

Sweet potato shoot tip and shoot segment cultured in vitro are highly sensitive to the cultural condition (illuminative hours) and several factors (inositol,hormone, and activated carbon). The amount of MS basic composition, all or half, does not matter with the differentiation and growth of the plantlet. The inositol and hormone, cytokinin and cuxin, are the essential ingredients of the medium. For the hormone, the suitable ratio of cytokinin to cuxin is about 1∶1, but both of the total amount could not overtake 3mg/L.
