摘要 实现师资质量的提高,关键在于提高占中国教师重要比例的农村教育师资质量。如何针对农村教师的实际和特点组织培训,以提高培训的针对性和实效性很显然已成为广大培训者需要研究的一个重大课题。"两动两思"教师培训模式是我们在农村教师培训过程中,以强化动机理论和建构主义学习理论为依据,以任务驱动与学员互动结合为平台,通过反思实践智慧、改进教师的教学行为,最终促进农村教师专业化发展为目的的培训模式的探索。 The key of improving teacher quality lies in the enhancement of the quality of rural teachers who take important proportion in China. How to organize training on basis of rural teachers' actuality and characteristic, and how to improve the accordance and effectiveness of the training, this has obviously become an important issue for most trainers. "Two Action and Two Reconsidering" pattern of teacher training is an exploration developed in the process of training rural teachers. It based on the motive-strengthen theory and the constructionism study theory. And it combines the duty actuation and the trainee's interaction as a platform, through reconsidering practice wisdom and improving teacher's teaching behavior, finally promotes the rural teachers' professionality.
