Summary of Construction of Northwest Local Literature Database

《西北地方文献资源数据库》由《西北地方文献书目数据库》、《西北地方文献图片数据库》、《西北民族宗教史料数据库》、《西北地方文献报刊篇名索引数据库》,以及甘肃省连机联合编目为基础的《甘肃省地方文献联合书目数据库》组成。文章从该数据库建设的著录标准、著录范围、规范词的使用等出发,介绍了其特点、功能、使用情况等。

Northwest Local Literature Database consists of Northwest Local Literature Bibliographic Database,Northwest Local Literature Photograph Database,Northwest Folk Religion Historical Materials Database,Northwest Local Newspaper and Magazines Index Database and Gansu Provincial Local Literature On-Line Bibliographic Database based on Gansu provincial on-line catalog. This paper introduces the characters, functions and using state of this database from the aspect of cataloguing standard, the using of standardized forms of words etc.
