摘要
目的:优选并确立板蓝根中总有机酸的最佳提取工艺。方法:以总有机酸的溶出率为指标,采用正交设计试验法对提取过程中的板蓝根提取溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间等4个因素进行优选研究,应用直接电位法测定提取物中总有机酸的含量。结果:最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度70%,用量为药材7倍量,提取3次,每次1.5h,在此条件下总有机酸提取率为5.32%。结论:采用此种提取方法不仅能够充分提取板蓝根中总有机酸成分,而且经济可靠,对板蓝根制剂的提取工艺改进有重要意义。
Objective: To establish the optimal extraction process for the extraction of total organic acids from Radix Isatidis. Methods: The orthogonal test method was used to arrange experiments to test the effect of four main factors including density and volume of the solvent, frequency and time of extraction. The total organic acids were determined by direct po- tentiometric titration. Results: The optimal extraction process was refluxed three times with 7 times of 70% EtOH, 1.5 h for each time. The extraction rate was 5.32%. Conclusion: The optimal process is rational and economical, with high yield of total organic acids from Radix Isatidis, and instrumental to improve the extraction process.
