摘要
二元经济结构对我国现行的社会保障制度造成管理体系的部门化、区域与水平以及内容等方面的差异,在一定程度上阻碍了保障制度对经济与社会发展的安全网作用。文章基于二元经济结构对我国保障制度的影响分析,提出加快社会保障制度建设的路径选择,实现社会经济的和谐发展。
The dual economic structure in China causes the sectoral difference, regional difference and horizontal difference existing in social security system, which prevents social security system from playing its role in economic and social development. After analyzing the influence of the dual economic structure on the security system, the author points out the path to accelerate the building of the security system in order to promote the harmonious development between society and economy.
