基于DEA模型的中国环保投入相对效率评价研究

Assesment on Relative Efficiency of Environmental Input in China Based on DEA Model

基于DEA的C2R模型,引入非Archimedes无穷小量ε及DEA交叉评价方法,文章对中国环保投入的利用效率进行了实证分析。结果表明,目前我国环保投入总量依然不足,投入产出效率有待提高,投资结构不尽合理,环保从业人员数量不足、整体素质有待进一步提高。评价结果对环保产业发展的政策制定具有重要指导意义。

By using the theory of data envelopment analysis (DEA) and its model, the paper makes an assessment on the relative efficiency of environmental input in China. The conclusions are that the total input in environment protection in China is insufficient, the relative input-output efficiency is low, the investment structure is unreasonable, the number of the employees is in shortage and their quality needs improving. The study is of importance to the policy design of the environmental protection in China.
