心理契约与企业并购战略的成功实施 被引量:1

摘要 文章在界定内在心理契约和外在心理契约内涵的基础上,分析了并购这样的组织变革对企业内外若干利益主体心理契约的影响,提出了实施沟通计划的观点来重构心理契约关系以整合并购双方内外部的资源,最后指出了心理契约重建中应该注意的一些问题。
