基于网络的母子公司跨国知识转移研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着国际企业的不断发展,海外子公司正成为前沿思想的创造者、重要研究任务的承担者以及战略规划实施的积极参与者。文章首先分析了国际企业的网络观点以及子公司在网络中的策略角色,并依据知识转移的有关原理,构建了基于海外子公司的跨国知识转移框架,最后提出促进海外子公司知识转移的促进措施。
