摘要
传统的人力资本投资理念已经难以有效指导人力资本投资与开发实践,不利于人力资本存量的维持与提高。从人力资本生命周期的角度提出新的人力资本充值理念,详细阐述了人力资本充值的概念内涵,并提出了人力资本充值理念的实践思考。
Traditional concept about investment in human capital cannot effectively guide the investment of human capital in practice and is not helpful for the maintaining and increasing of human capital. The paper puts forward the new concept about the increasing of human capital from the human life cycle and explains how to do it in practice.
