企业并购匹配研究的进展被引量：3

摘要并购匹配研究有四个分支:战略匹配、组织匹配、权衡匹配和资源匹配。文章评述了这四个分支的主要研究结论,并指出资源匹配作为一个新的研究方向具有潜力,但采取经验研究的方法检验其结论还有不小的障碍。
