论综合性银行发展的内部整合

摘要 综合性银行是一种可以提供全方位金融服务的金融机构,随着金融开放的扩大,中国银行业由分业向综合性经营方向发展已是大势所趋,实践中面临如何由分到合的具体战略问题。文章以资源基础理论和客户价值理论为基础,结合对欧美多家综合性银行的调查对此进行探讨,认为发展综合性银行不是单纯增加职能部门或者简单并购公司,关键在于围绕客户关系进行内部结构重组和整合。文章提出综合性银行的内部整合目标必须以客户为中心,并设计了扩张——重组——开发——利用的内部整合战略,同时,分析了国外综合性银行在一体化整合中存在的问题和经验教训,从而为中国发展综合性银行提供启示和借鉴。
