Application of Gene Engineering in Maize Genetic Breeding

综述了基因工程在玉米遗传育种中的研究进展,介绍了转基因的应用领域及常用的转基因技术,在分析了基因工程在玉米遗传育种中应用限制因素的基础上,对其应用前景进行了展望。

In this article, the research advance of gene engineering in maize genetic breeding was summarized. The applied field and technology of transgene were introduced. Based on the analysis of restrictive factors in applying transgenic technology in maize breeding, the applied foreground of gene engineering was forecasted.
