摘要
无线随钻测量仪器主要是通过脉冲发生器将井下测量数据传至地面的,在脉冲发生器生产过程中,如果充油效果不理想,将导致信号传输不畅,尤其是在钻深井时其影响更为明显。针对脉冲发生器充油方法和充油工艺的重要性,对脉冲发生器生产中所用的3种充油方法进行了介绍,为提高脉冲发生器的可靠性和稳定性,通过对充油原理的比较分析,提出了提高脉冲发生器充油质量的改进意见。
Wireless measurement instrument while drilling transmits downhole measurement data to surface mainly by pulse generator.If the oil packing effect is not ideal during the production of the pulse generator,the signal transmitted will obstructed,which is especially obvious during drilling deep wells.In view of the importance of the oil packing method and technology of the pulse generator,three oil packing methods used for oil packing to the pulse generator are introduced and the oil packing principles are compared and analyzed with each other.The authors put forward the improvement suggestions for enhancing oil packing quality which can increase the reliability and stability of the pulse generator.
