Steel fiber has three-dimensional strengthening effect in which makes concrete has perfect crack resistance and toughness. It is introduced in this paper that the conner break defect,that has pullzled us for many years,is solved; and the strengthening mechanism of steel fiber on concrete and reinforced concrete is analyzed.
