从电网建设项目的背景着手,引入经济评价理论与方法,介绍经济评价的常用指标和评价步骤,指出经济评价在电网建设项目决策中的应用前景。
We begin to commence on the power network construction project; introduce the theory and method of economic evaluation and describe the common index and steps of economic evaluation.We point out the application prospects of economic evaluation in the power network construction project decision-making.
