摘要
采用陶瓷膜错流方式对冷轧钢带生产厂里的废乳化液进行处理,比较了对废乳化液的预处理和未预处理时膜能量及设备运行周期的差异,并采用表面活性剂和硝酸对污染后的陶瓷膜进行清洗,结果表明好的预处理能够有效的延长设备运行周期,使膜管通量衰减较慢,并且采用适宜的操作压力和温度能得到较高的通量。
Cross current method of ceramic film was used to treat the wasted emulsion produced in the cold rolled strip mill, the difference of film capacity and operation period of equipment was compared, the polluted ceramic film was cleaned by surface active agent and HNo3. The result shows that good pre - treatment can extend the operation period and slow the attenuation of film passage, suitable operation pressure And temperature can increase the film passage.
