摘要
分析指出高镍铬离心复合铸造轧辊裂纹、剥落是失效的主要形式,对轧钢生产影响大。导致裂纹剥落的质量问题依次为结合不良、工作层组织成层状、组织不均匀、夹杂物、纯白口化。相应的应从原材料管理,铁水熔炼,离心铸造上采取控制措施。
Cracks and scale off are main failure forms of high Ni - Cr centrifugal combined casting roller and has great effects on mill production. The causes of this problem are bad combination, non-uniform microstructure, inclusions and clear bleaching. The corresponding measures should be adopted on raw material management, hot metal melting and centrifugal casting.
