摘要
本文针对HRB400NbNⅢ级带肋钢筋屈服强度不明显的现象,从金属的微观组织方面入手,寻找其异常组织结构对屈服强度的影响,并阐述了该异常的组织的形成机理及相关因素,指出贝氏体的存在是造成HRB400NbNⅢ级带肋钢筋屈服强度异常的主要原因及相应改进措施。
focus on the unapparent Class - Ⅲ yield strength of reinforced bar HBB400NbN, this article firstly discussos the effect of abnormal microstructure of the bars on its yield strengh, and introduces the forming mechanism of the microstructure as well as its relative factors. A conclusion is drawn that the presence of bainite is the main culprit for the abnormality in the yield strength of the bar, and specific improving measures are also offered.
