摘要
目的:为探讨COD的快速测定方法。方法:采用硫酸锰代替硫酸银作催化剂,研究不同消解温度、时间、酸度和催化剂用量对COD测定的影响。结果:开管法快速测定COD的最佳操作条件为:消解温度165℃,消解时间12min,反应体系的酸度10.8 mol/L,硫酸锰用量10 g/L。结论:与标准法相比,具有简便、快速,分析成本低、准确度和灵敏度高的优点。可以代替标准法广泛用于各种废水COD的测定。
In order to discuss COD the rapid determination method, Using MnSO4 Method as catalyst instead of Ag2SO4,studies is for COD influence in different temperature, time, acidity and catalyst dosage. The optimum determining conditions are as follows: decomposition temperature 165℃, ecomposition time 12 min, acidity 10.8 mol/L, MnSO4dosage 10 g/L. Compared with the standard methods, the method has the advantages of simplicity, quickness, reduced the analysis cost, high accuracy and sensitivity. Many water samples can he dissociated with the method and it fits for the determination of bulky water samples.
