摘要
为解决深井套管固井的技术难题和提高深井固井质量,深井套管固井可以采用旋转套管固井工艺,本文分析了旋转套管固井工艺提高顶替效率的原理,介绍了旋转套管固井的优点,提出了旋转套管固井所需条件和注意事项。以CB306井为例介绍了旋转套管固井工艺在深井中的应用情况,该井的固井实践表明,采用旋转套管固井工艺既能解决套管固井环空间隙小的技术难题,又能提高固井质量。
For settling the technology difficulty of cementing in deep wells and improve deep-well cementing quality ,the rotating-casing cementing technique can be applied in these wells. This file analyzes the principlen of improving mud displacement efficiency by rotating casing,presents themechanism of liner hangers and advantages of this cementing tachnique, and proposes the required conditions and precautions for this technique, its application in CB306 well is introduced, the cementing practice indicates that employing this cementing technique can not only tackle technical problems resulted from slim annulus of liners but also improve cementing qualty in deep wells.
