从贵州省的患病鸡群中分离出一株禽腺病毒，暂定名为ＨＳ—１。ＨＳ一１毒株能够在鸭胚成纤维细胞上生长良好，第１代即出现明显的细胞病变，细胞培养上清液中病毒的血凝效价达到２￣（１３）。采用交叉血凝抑制试验证实，贵州分离毒ＨＳ－１与标准毒株ＡＶ—１２７属于同一血清型或相关血清型，其半数组织感染量经测定达到１０￣（－３．５８）／０．
An avian adenovirus was isolated from affected flock in Guizhou province, designated as HS-1. HS-1 stain grew well at duck embryo fibroblast, the cytopathogenic effect could be observed at the first passage and the virus hemoagglutination titer reached 2^(13) in the supernatant of cell culture. It was demonstrated by crossing hemoagglutination inhibitory test that Guizhou isolate HS-1 and standard strain AV127 belonged to the same serotype or the related serotype. The TCID_(50) of HS-1 strain was determined as 10^(-3.56)/0.1 ml.
