摘要
介绍了韶关钢铁集团第三炼钢厂铁水罐喷吹纯颗粒镁脱硫工艺，分析了颗粒镁粒径、喷枪插入深度、铁水温度、铁水初始硫含量、载气流量等对脱硫效果的影响，并在生产中对部分工艺参数进行了改进。同时，通过使用与改进聚渣剂，减少转炉回硫量，进一步提高纯镁铁水脱硫效果。
